PAYMENT TERMS
At Fam & Friends Home, we offer our clients a variety of payment options depending on the service:
Consultation Fees: All consultations fees are to be paid online or upon arrival
Moving - A client requesting a moving service is required to pay the minimum service charge upon arrival. All additional charges beyond the minimum package requirement must be paid for at the end of the move (i.e. a client requiring the basic service would need to pay the 2 hour package inclusion and fees. For moving bookings, please allow 48 hours or more for any cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charge a fee.
Packing & Unpacking - A client requesting a packing and/or unpacking service is required to pay a 10% deposit to secure booking. The remaining balance must be paid in one or two installments depending on the duration of the job. To be negotiated prior to service date and confirmed in writing . Any outright cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will lose the 10% but we are happy to reschedule with no penalties.
Staging - A client requesting a staging service must pay a 10% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be paid in two or three installments depending on the duration of the job. To be negotiated prior to service date and confirmed in writing.
De-cluttering & Organizing - A client requesting this service must pay a 10% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon completing the job. To be negotiated prior to service date and confirmed in writing.
Fam & Friends Home accepts the following method of payment: CASH, E-TRANSFER, VISA or MASTER CARD. All Payments and fees are in CAD.
Fam & Friends Inc reserves the right to update and amend the terms of use at its discretion and without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.
